How to use Prompts, Prompt Packs, and get the most out of them

Most people don't understand the point of Prompt packs. They toss them away. Thinking "Oh, well, anyone can simply type commands into ChatGPT! Who needs a Prompt pack?!"

Let me explain. From not just Engimatica's perspective but from my perspective. Edward.

Copy and Paste

Yes. You can simply Copy and Paste the Prompt and get results. However, you should be filling out blanks, adding context, and giving information for the AI to work with.

Inspiration

Coming up with ideas with ChatGPT can be easy. But you only know what you know. Do you know everything about the field you're prompting for? Do you know every facet there is for every practice on earth? No? Of course not. The Prompts serve as guidance and inspiration. An education into what's possible with ChatGPT and hopefully something for your

Context

You need to give ChatGPT and these Prompts context if you want them to work right. Context means as much relevant information as humanly possible. Think about where the content is going. Think about who/where it's coming from. Think about the end reader or the midreader. Think about whether or not it has enough information to cater. It's rare that a Prompt fails because it's a bad Prompt. It often fails because of a lack of context.

Tweak the Prompt

The Prompts aren't an end all and be all. You can alter words and alter how a Prompt is written for more tailored effects. The point of Prompting is to tailor something to your tastes. Not to simply replicate. The templates just take the foundational work away and give you the time and ability to make something better.
